MANTRA FOR HAPPINESS 
 
With the increasing complexities in life, all of us strive to lead a happy life. A major fact which we need to realize is that we cannot get happiness from outside sources; we need to trace and find it within ourselves. As an extension of this we need to first hold ourselves back from making a frame or an outline or defining a parameter of what can make us happy. 
Below are listed a few points which will surely help to lead a peaceful and happy life. Chew upon it, introspect and then implement it in your lifestyle. 
Thank God-always-for everything. Even if somebody praises you for your work, give the credit to Him. Nothing in this world can happen without his wish and will. Make Him your friend, brother, sister or whatever relation you want to name; share every bit of your day with Him; you will notice wonders!!
 
 
 
Don’t think or plan too much in advance: let things move at their own pace. It is rightly said- “chinta nahi, chintan karo”. Positive thoughts will attract positive things; hence don’t waste time and energy on worrying and being tensed.
 
Don’t judge people: everybody is right from their point of view. We are no one to pass judgment or verdicts as to what is right and what is wrong. Moreover, you never know when you might fall in the same situation and loose all wise to find a solution. Therefore, always be neutral towards everything.
 
Don’t compare yourself with others: you have got what was fated for you and believe that you’ve got the best. By doing so, you will continue getting the best and the most deserved in the future.
Don’t expect others to change; they won’t!! You have no right to control and command others life. Even if somebody changes, it is not because you told him to, but because he wanted to.
 
 
Express yourself: let your thoughts speak, if you keep them within yourself, you will hurt your emotional personality. If it is anger with pain, always clear it and tell the person you were hurt-it might be a misunderstanding. If it is love, just say it and paint the town red-don’t bother bout the result; instead be glad that you at least got a chance to experience this feeling. Life doesn’t give too many chances, so express yourself.
Happiness is just a state of mind. Instead of wasting energy on receiving it from others, look deep inside- it is already with you. By practicing the above mentioned points, we are in a way inviting the same behavior from others towards us. Generate positive and happy thoughts for yourself and for others, you will get the same in return.
